Meet Your Guide
A non-profit guided by the wisdom of plants and the science of healing.
Herbalist, Founder & Guide
Rhea grew up between wild forests and mountain meadows, where she first learned that plants are not just food or medicine — they are teachers. Her journey into herbalism began as a personal healing path and grew into a vocation: helping others rediscover the intelligence of the natural world.
She has studied herbs, adaptogens, and functional mushrooms for years, combining this knowledge with an understanding of neuroscience to explain not just what plants do, but why they work so deeply on the human nervous system, gut, and brain.
Rhea founded SeekSatori — a nonprofit space where healing is not a product but a practice. Through retreats, hands-on workshops, and conscious seminars, she invites others to slow down, listen to the forest, and find their own moment of satori — their own flash of clarity.
"The forest is the oldest pharmacy and the wisest classroom. I'm just here to introduce you."
Our Mission
Why we exist, and what we stand for.
Why a Non-Profit
SeekSatori exists as a non-profit because we believe that access to healing knowledge should not be gated by profit. We share what we learn freely — through retreats, workshops, mountain walks, and conscious conversation.
We draw from herbal traditions, functional medicine, and modern neuroscience to offer an experience that is grounded, rigorous, and transformative.
We stay connected to the land and its seasonal rhythms as our primary teacher.
We honour both ancestral knowledge and evidence-based science — they are not opposites.
Healing happens in relationship — with plants, with the earth, and with each other.
Satori cannot be forced. We create conditions for insight, then step aside.

Our Journey So Far
What we have built together — and where we are going next.

Ten days immersed in the sacred beauty of Bali. Wild foraging, herbal medicine preparation, jungle yoga, breathwork, gong healing, and deep rest among ancient rice terraces and temple forests. Each day follows the rhythm of the island — rising with the tropical sun, ending in ceremony.

A conscious seminar where ancient herbal traditions met cutting-edge neuroscience. We explored how plants interact with the nervous system, the gut-brain axis, and the body's stress response — with practical protocols participants could apply from day one.

A gathering of breath, body, and presence. These yoga seminars wove together mindful movement, pranayama breathwork, and time in nature to create a full-body return to stillness.

An evening journey into deep rest and inner stillness, guided by the resonance of gongs and singing bowls. Sound baths work on the nervous system directly — slowing brainwaves, releasing tension, and opening a door to meditative depth.
A Glimpse Inside
